Overview

A Green Urban Community

Lake Orlando Land Owner, LLC is a Florida limited liability company further referred to as the “Owner” that acquired the former Lake Orlando Golf Club vacant parcels in July 2019. Immediately after the acquisition, the Owner dedicated significant financial, legal, engineering, architectural and communication resources to transform the entire community of Rosemont into the most dynamic, urban, and inclusive community with abundance of green parks in the city of Orlando. The Owner is committed to an ongoing dialogue with the community and believes in shared resources and inspiration anchoring future Rosemont development.

Rosemont suffered from decades of deterioration of Lake Orlando Golf Club, once one of the most prominent golf courses in Orlando that was in operation since the early 1970s as construction on platted residential properties within Rosemont began. The Lake Orlando Golf Club remained in operation until 2014, suffering from the decline of golf as a sport which affected many similar communities across the state. The current Owner acquired the former Lake Orlando Golf Club vacant unencumbered parcels after several failed ownership attempts over the last two decades and approximately five years after the ultimate closing of its facilities to the public.

The Owner is excited to introduce a new bold vision to transform once renowned community of Rosemont and the development land parcels once known as Lake Orlando Golf Club. Together we will make Rosemont into a community of its own kind that will be inspiring and exciting for generations to come. We invite you to join us on this journey.
